    impeccably clean, brand-new hotel, i loved great value and well presented rooms and fabulously helpful staff. the location was ideal, near to the restaurant for dinner, the cocktail bar and walking to many great restaurants and historical sites and short distance from a movie theater and a theater. the room i booked was upgraded to a balcony and available with very comfy beds.

    The views were not so great.

    Pleasant, spotlessly clean place and good area. Attentive employees in all areas, neat room. Fab location for christmas in Glasgow. Lots of places to visit, such as restaurants and bars short distance from the hotel. Honestly no complaint.

    Breakfast was very good. The service was excellent and the location is ideal.

    The bathroom last hooks to hang clothing and towels up. Why did I need to ask for a shower cap? Typically, the maid service would leave this item .

    Coffee served is weak. Bathrooms need an update. Why tubs?? No hooks either. Did I need to ask you to leave a shower cap in my room?

    Breakfast was ok only thing you had to pay extra if you wanted a full breakfast buffet was ok but we like a cooked breakfast 😀 they have a social hour between 5-6 lovely glass of wine

    We were three couples catching up and were served well, with unobtrusive staff facilitating our enjoyment. Thank you we had great fun. Loved the spa.

    They went out of their way to make my friend's birthday nice. I enjoyed how everyone worked as a team to create a cute atmosphere. As a Bahamian who loves experiencing different cultures, this moment stood out for me.

    I noticed that the bar closed too early, disappointing after a night out. The room's cleanliness was not up to par, as I found some leftover items.
